Shipping policy

 

• Our shipping days are Wednesday & Thursday only unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withhold shipping if we deem the weather to be adverse conditions or a risk to the health of livestock if shipped.

• Any decision by a customer to ship when we advise against it, voids all live arrival guarantee.

• We ship all orders via Royal Mail next day service, with guaranteed pre 1pm delivery. 

• We make every effort for you to receive corals coloured as pictured and healthy, shipping can be stressful for the live animals so we are unable to take any responsibility with loss of colour or health due to the shipping process.

• Parcel Tracking is supplied for all packages, customers are expected to keep an eye on the tracking on delivery day and chase directly with the courier if the parcel is late. we will not accept liability for delayed parcels.

All shipping is sent overnight by Royal Mail with guaranteed pre 1pm delivery. Please note, we will not ship out corals if the overnight temperatures are too low as this can be detrimental to the health of your coral.
