Cancellation Policy

Private Maintenance Bookings Policy..... At Atlantis Reef Emporium, we offer an exclusive, appointment-only experience for those who value quality, precision and a more refined approach to reef keeping. Each visit is hosted on a private, one-to-one basis, allowing you uninterrupted time to carry out your tank maintenance. During your appointment, you will also have access to a selection of premium, industry-leading products including Fauna Marin, Maxspect, Calanus Coral & Fish Food, and Mysis RS Fish Food. To secure your private maintenance appointment, a £75 booking deposit is required. This is fully redeemable against your tank maintenance payment upon attendance. Cancellations & Rescheduling..... To preserve the integrity of our bespoke booking schedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. Deposits will be refunded or transferred where sufficient notice is provided. Non-Attendance Policy if Client is not available at booking times requested ..... As each appointment is reserved exclusively, failure to keep to your appointment times (15 minutes flexibility maximum) without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and withdrawal of access to future bookings at Atlantis Reef Emporium. Private Waitlist..... For fully booked dates, clients may join our private waitlist. Should an appointment become available, invitations will be extended in order of request. Availability remains intentionally limited.
