About the Daisy Crown Alveopora
Alveopora species are distinguished by their 12-tentacled polyps, giving each flower a fuller, more rounded appearance than the closely related Goniopora. Once settled, the polyps extend on long stalks and sway gently with the aquarium’s flow.

Feeding
Primarily photosynthetic, but benefits from occasional feeding with fine coral foods, zooplankton and suspended particulate foods. Feeding once or twice weekly can support healthy tissue growth and sustained polyp extension.
Compatibility
Suitable for established mixed reefs and dedicated LPS systems. Allow adequate space around the colony so its extended polyps are not irritated by neighbouring corals or exposed to overly forceful flow.
