Advanced Ceramic Media for Optimal Bacterial Growth
Manufactured from a specialised ceramic compound, the Bio-Blocks feature a cross-cut internal surface structure designed to maximise colonisation by beneficial bacteria. This creates the ideal environment for dense bacterial populations responsible for breaking down ammonia and nitrites within the aquarium. With continued use, some systems may also experience a reduction in nitrate levels, contributing to improved long-term water quality.
