A colourful and effective algae grazer, the Red Tuxedo Urchin is a striking addition to the marine clean-up crew. It helps control film algae and nuisance algae on rockwork and aquarium surfaces while adding real character to the reef. Peaceful and generally reef safe, but it may pick up loose shells, rubble or unsecured frags for camouflage, so corals should be firmly fixed in place. Best kept in an established aquarium with plenty of natural algae to graze.
