Ultra Grade Rainbow Symphyllia
 
A stunning Ultra Grade Rainbow Symphyllia with an intense fluorescent green centre, rich purple outer flesh and warm bronze/orange tones around the rim. This piece has a beautifully inflated, fleshy growth form with deep folds and excellent colour contrast, giving it real presence as a showpiece LPS coral.
 
Symphyllia are generally hardy once settled, but they require stable water parameters and careful placement. Their fleshy tissue can be damaged if placed against sharp rockwork, so they are best positioned on the sand bed or a smooth, stable lower area of the reef.
 
Best kept under low to moderate lighting with gentle to moderate flow. Too much direct flow can prevent full expansion, while stable conditions and occasional feeding with small meaty foods can help maintain colour, growth and overall condition.
