About the Ultra Red Master Goniopora
Goniopora species are distinctive large-polyp stony corals, with each extended polyp displaying approximately 24 individual tentacles. This premium specimen exhibits strong, consistent colour across the colony with lighter detailing towards the tentacle tips.
When settled, its fleshy polyps extend from the stony base and move gently in the surrounding current, creating an impressive floral display.

Feeding
Although primarily photosynthetic, Goniopora benefits from regular supplementary feeding. Offer fine coral foods, zooplankton and suspended particulate foods once or twice weekly to support sustained polyp extension, tissue health and continued growth.
Compatibility
Suitable for established mixed reefs and dedicated LPS systems. Allow sufficient space around the colony for full polyp extension and avoid placing it where it will receive harsh, direct flow. Nearby corals should not be permitted to touch its extended polyps.
